Terms of Use
Terms for using Medical Documents Organizer.
Effective date: 19 May 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of Medical Documents Organizer.
1. Purpose of the app
Medical Documents Organizer is a personal and family organizer for medical documents, appointments, records, receipts, expenses and reminders.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the documents and information you add to the app, for checking all recognized or entered data, and for deciding how to use your documents. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
3. OCR and extracted data
OCR and automatic field detection are provided only as convenience features. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review all recognized text, dates, amounts, document types and other fields before relying on them.
4. Reminders
The app may provide appointment and task reminders. Reminders may fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control, including device settings, battery optimization, notification permissions, operating system restrictions, time zone changes, app deletion or device malfunction. You should not rely on the app as your only reminder for important medical appointments.
5. Documents and backups
The app stores documents locally by default. You are responsible for keeping backup copies of important documents. We are not responsible for loss of data caused by device loss, deletion, reset, operating system issues, app uninstallation or user error.
6. In-app purchases
Premium features may be available through in-app purchase, such as Lifetime Premium. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store and are subject to the store's payment, refund and purchase policies. Availability and pricing may vary by country and store.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, use it to store unlawful content, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We aim to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of data, missed appointments, reimbursement issues, medical outcomes or losses resulting from use of or inability to use the app.
