Does the app give medical advice?

No. The app is only an organizer. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or interpretation of test results.

Where are my documents stored?

The app is designed to store your documents locally on your device by default. You can export or share selected documents using your device share options.

OCR recognized something incorrectly. What should I do?

OCR can make mistakes. Always review and correct recognized text, dates, amounts and document types before saving.

How do I restore Premium?

Open the app, go to Settings or Lifetime Premium, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Google Play or Apple account that was used for the purchase.

Why did I not receive a reminder?

Check that notifications are allowed for the app. Device battery optimization, Do Not Disturb mode, time zone changes or system restrictions may affect reminders.
