Delete Data
How to delete local app data and request help.
This page explains how to delete data associated with Medical Documents Organizer.
Effective date: 19 May 2026
1. Local data stored on your device
The app is designed to store your family folders, medical document files, appointments, receipts, OCR text and organizer data locally on your device by default.
2. Delete data inside the app
Where available, you can delete individual documents, medical areas, appointments, receipts or family folders directly inside the app.
3. Delete all local app data
You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app. On Android, you may also clear app storage from system settings:
- Open device Settings.
- Go to Apps.
- Select Medical Documents Organizer.
- Choose Storage.
- Tap Clear storage / Clear data.
On iOS, you can remove the app from the device to delete its local app data.
4. Export before deleting
If you want to keep copies of your documents, export or share them before deleting the app or clearing app data. Deleted local data may not be recoverable.
5. Cloud account data
The current app is designed without a medical document cloud account. We do not operate a server account where your medical documents are stored by default.
If cloud backup or accounts are added in the future, this page will be updated with account deletion instructions.
6. Analytics and purchase data
Some diagnostic, analytics or purchase-related records may be processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, Firebase or advertising/analytics providers according to their own policies and retention rules. These records generally do not contain your medical document files.
7. Request help

Please do not email sensitive medical documents unless absolutely necessary. If you contact support, describe the technical issue without sending medical records when possible.
