Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the LoopShift Android application published by Maksym Andriienko.

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using LoopShift, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use LoopShift for lawful personal use, subject to these Terms and applicable Google Play rules.
3. Gameplay and availability
Game features, levels, difficulty, visual themes, rewards and other functionality may change over time. We may update, add, remove or rebalance features when reasonably necessary to improve the app, fix problems or comply with platform requirements.
4. Advertising
The free experience may include advertising. Advertising availability, format and personalization can vary by region, device, consent choices and service-provider settings.
5. Paid features and purchases
LoopShift may offer optional paid features or entitlements through Google Play. The exact product, price and purchase terms shown in the app and Google Play at the time of purchase apply. Payments are processed by Google Play.
Refund requests and billing disputes are handled according to Google Play policies, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Paid entitlements may be restorable when supported by Google Play and the app's current implementation.
6. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to bypass purchase controls, distribute modified or unauthorized copies, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Intellectual property
LoopShift, including its original software, gameplay presentation, graphics, interface elements, text and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks and services belong to their respective owners.
8. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
The app is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to keep it functional, but we do not guarantee that every device, operating-system version, ad service, purchase service or network environment will work without interruption or error.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by the LoopShift Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
