Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LoopShift handles information when you use the Android application com.astera.loopshift.

1. Information we handle
LoopShift does not require you to create a user account to play. The core game can store game progress, settings and purchased-entitlement state locally on your device.
The app uses third-party services that may automatically process technical information needed to provide advertising, purchases, security, diagnostics and related services.
2. Advertising
LoopShift may display advertisements using Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your device, region, consent choices and Google configuration, Google Mobile Ads may process information such as:
- IP address and approximate location inferred from it;
- device or other identifiers, including advertising-related identifiers where available;
- app interactions and advertising interactions;
- diagnostic and performance information;
- information used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention and security.
Where required by law or Google policy, LoopShift may display a consent or privacy-choice message before personalized advertising is used. You may be able to review or change privacy choices through the app or your device/Google settings.

3. In-app purchases
Optional paid features may be offered through Google Play Billing. Payments are processed by Google Play. The developer does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Google may provide purchase status, product identifiers and transaction-related information necessary to unlock or restore paid features.
4. Data stored on your device
Game progress and preferences may be stored locally on your device. You can generally remove local app data using Android system settings or by uninstalling the app, subject to Android backup/restore behavior.
5. Support communications
If you contact the developer by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots or technical details. This information is used to answer your request and troubleshoot problems.
6. Why information is processed
- to operate and maintain the app;
- to show ads and measure their performance;
- to process or restore Google Play purchases;
- to detect abuse, fraud and technical failures;
- to respond to support and privacy requests;
- to comply with applicable legal obligations.
7. Legal bases in the EEA, UK and similar jurisdictions
Where applicable, processing may be based on your consent (for example, for personalized advertising or consent-required device storage), performance of a contract (for paid entitlements), legitimate interests such as security and reliable app operation, or compliance with legal obligations.
8. Data sharing
Information may be processed by service providers used by the app, particularly Google services supporting advertising and Google Play purchases. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
9. Data retention
Local game data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app, subject to device backup settings. Support emails are retained only as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, keep appropriate records and comply with legal obligations. Third-party providers determine retention for data they process under their own policies.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. To submit a privacy request concerning data controlled by the developer, contact maksandr2003@gmail.com.
For advertising identifiers and Google-managed data, you can also use the privacy and advertising controls provided by Android and Google.
11. Children
LoopShift is a general-audience puzzle game and is not designed to collect personal information directly from users. Advertising and audience settings are configured according to the age groups and distribution settings selected for the app in Google Play and applicable law.
12. Security
We take reasonable steps to limit the information we directly collect and to use established platform services. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the app's features, SDKs, data practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date.
