Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using the Astera Oracle & Numerology plugin / MCP integration (“Plugin”, “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.

The Service is published under the MaksAstera brand by Maksym Andriienko.

2. What the Plugin does

The Plugin provides access to Astera’s 36-card Victorian Oracle system and deterministic Pythagorean numerology functions. Depending on the tool and your access level, features may include Daily Oracle Card, Yes/No, Oracle spreads, Victorian daily or weekly readings, Life Path, Name Number, compatibility, psychomatrix-related calculations, personal cycles, and daily number guidance.

The Plugin is a separate product from Astera Tarot & Astrology. Oracle & Numerology Premium is determined by the Oracle-specific entitlement and is not unlocked by a Tarot/Astrology subscription.

3. Free use and connected accounts

Some tools are available without an Astera account. Other features may require you to connect an existing Astera Oracle & Numerology account through the supported authorization flow.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for ensuring that your sign-in method belongs to you. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or entitlement.

4. Premium access and purchases

Certain features require an active Oracle & Numerology Premium entitlement. The Plugin verifies existing entitlement status from your Astera account.

The Plugin itself does not sell subscriptions, initiate checkout, or process payment-card details. If you purchased Premium through an app store or another payment provider, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment disputes are handled under the terms of that provider.

Disconnecting the Plugin from ChatGPT does not automatically cancel an existing subscription.

5. Nature of Oracle and numerology results

Oracle and numerology results are interpretive and reflective. They may help you explore a question, notice patterns, or structure personal reflection, but they do not establish facts about another person’s private thoughts, guarantee future events, or replace evidence-based decision-making.

Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for decisions involving health, safety, medicine, mental health, law, finance, credit, employment, immigration, emergency situations, or other high-impact matters.

6. AI-client presentation

The Astera MCP supplies calculations, selected cards, structured reading data, and canonical content to the AI client. A client such as ChatGPT may summarize, translate, or phrase the returned information. That presentation may vary from one AI client or model to another.

If a client-generated explanation appears inconsistent with the structured Astera result, the canonical tool result should be treated as the source for the card selection, mapped Yes/No result, and deterministic numerology calculation.

7. Your inputs and responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you submit to the Plugin. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or that you do not have the right to share.

Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal data. If you provide another person’s name or birth date for compatibility or relationship analysis, you are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis or permission to use that information.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

attempt to bypass authentication, Premium entitlement checks, rate limits, or security controls;
interfere with, probe, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
use automated means to scrape, reconstruct, or mass-extract the proprietary Oracle deck, artwork, localized content, numerology content library, or tool outputs;
misrepresent Astera results as guaranteed facts, professional advice, or endorsements by OpenAI, Google, Apple, or another platform;
use the Service in violation of applicable law or the policies of the AI client through which you access it.

9. Intellectual property

The Astera and MaksAstera names, visual identity, Oracle artwork, card content, tool design, localized text, numerology content, and other original service materials are owned by or licensed to the publisher and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use your personal results for personal, non-commercial purposes. These Terms do not grant a right to reproduce the full deck, redistribute card artwork, build a competing dataset from the Service, or commercially republish substantial portions of Astera content without permission.

10. Third-party services

The Plugin relies on third-party services such as Google Cloud and Firebase and may be accessed through third-party AI clients such as ChatGPT. Google or Apple may also be used when you select the corresponding sign-in option.

Your use of those third-party services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, account restrictions, or content-processing decisions made by those providers.

11. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Plugin when reasonably necessary for security, technical, legal, platform, or product reasons. Features, supported AI clients, access rules, and Premium functionality may change over time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

12. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service is being abused, security controls are being bypassed, applicable law is being violated, or continued access creates a material security or legal risk.

You may stop using the Plugin at any time and may disconnect it through the AI client’s connection settings.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that any Oracle reading, numerology interpretation, compatibility score, or AI-generated presentation will be accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose, or predictive of future events.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from reliance on interpretive outputs, third-party AI presentation, outages, loss of access, or third-party provider actions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

15. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, platform requirements, or applicable law changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when revised Terms are published.

2. Funzioni del Plugin

Il Plugin fornisce accesso all’Oracolo Vittoriano Astera di 36 carte e a funzioni deterministiche di numerologia pitagorica. In base allo strumento e al livello di accesso, le funzioni possono includere carta del giorno, Yes/No, stese Oracle, letture vittoriane giornaliere o settimanali, Life Path, Name Number, compatibilità, calcoli legati alla psicomatrice, cicli personali e guida numerologica giornaliera.

Il Plugin è un prodotto separato da Astera Tarot & Astrology. Oracle & Numerology Premium dipende dall’entitlement specifico di Oracle e non viene sbloccato da un abbonamento Tarot/Astrology.

3. Uso Free e account collegati

Alcuni strumenti sono disponibili senza account Astera. Altre funzioni possono richiedere il collegamento di un account Astera Oracle & Numerology esistente tramite il flusso di autorizzazione supportato.

Sei responsabile della sicurezza del tuo account e devi utilizzare soltanto metodi di accesso che ti appartengono. È vietato tentare di accedere all’account o all’entitlement di un’altra persona.

4. Accesso Premium e acquisti

Alcune funzioni richiedono un entitlement Oracle & Numerology Premium attivo. Il Plugin verifica lo stato dell’entitlement esistente dal tuo account Astera.

Il Plugin non vende abbonamenti, non avvia checkout e non tratta dati completi della carta di pagamento. Se Premium è stato acquistato tramite app store o altro provider, fatturazione, rinnovo, cancellazione, rimborsi e contestazioni seguono i termini di quel provider.

Scollegare il Plugin da ChatGPT non annulla automaticamente l’abbonamento.

5. Natura dei risultati Oracle e numerologici

I risultati sono interpretativi e riflessivi. Possono aiutarti a esplorare una domanda, notare schemi o organizzare una riflessione personale, ma non stabiliscono fatti sui pensieri privati di un’altra persona, non garantiscono eventi futuri e non sostituiscono decisioni basate su prove.

Non utilizzare il Servizio come unica base per decisioni riguardanti salute, sicurezza, medicina, salute mentale, diritto, finanza, credito, lavoro, immigrazione, emergenze o altre questioni ad alto impatto.

6. Presentazione da parte del client AI

Il MCP Astera fornisce al client AI calcoli, carte selezionate, dati strutturati e contenuto canonico. Un client come ChatGPT può riassumere, tradurre o riformulare le informazioni restituite. La presentazione può cambiare tra client e modelli diversi.

Se una spiegazione generata dal client non coincide con il risultato strutturato Astera, il risultato canonico dello strumento deve essere considerato la fonte per la selezione delle carte, il risultato Yes/No mappato e il calcolo numerologico deterministico.

7. Input e responsabilità dell’utente

Sei responsabile dei contenuti inviati al Plugin. Non devi inviare materiale illecito, abusivo, fraudolento o che non hai diritto di condividere.

Evita dati personali sensibili non necessari. Se utilizzi nome o data di nascita di un’altra persona per compatibilità o analisi relazionale, sei responsabile di avere una base appropriata o il permesso per farlo.

8. Uso consentito

Non è consentito:

aggirare autenticazione, controlli Premium, rate limit o misure di sicurezza;
interferire con, sondare, sovraccaricare o interrompere il Servizio;
utilizzare mezzi automatizzati per estrarre in massa o ricostruire il mazzo Oracle, le immagini, i contenuti localizzati, la libreria numerologica o gli output degli strumenti;
presentare i risultati Astera come fatti garantiti, consulenza professionale o approvazione da parte di OpenAI, Google, Apple o altre piattaforme;
utilizzare il Servizio in violazione della legge o delle policy del client AI.

9. Proprietà intellettuale

I nomi Astera e MaksAstera, l’identità visiva, le illustrazioni dell’Oracolo, i contenuti delle carte, il design degli strumenti, i testi localizzati, i contenuti numerologici e gli altri materiali originali appartengono al publisher o sono concessi in licenza e sono protetti dalla normativa applicabile.

Puoi usare i tuoi risultati personali per finalità personali e non commerciali. Questi Termini non autorizzano la riproduzione completa del mazzo, la redistribuzione delle immagini, la creazione di dataset concorrenti o la ripubblicazione commerciale di parti sostanziali dei contenuti Astera senza autorizzazione.

10. Servizi di terzi

Il Plugin utilizza servizi di terzi come Google Cloud e Firebase e può essere utilizzato tramite client AI di terzi come ChatGPT. Google o Apple possono essere coinvolti quando scegli il relativo metodo di accesso.

L’uso dei servizi di terzi è soggetto anche ai loro termini e policy. Non siamo responsabili per modifiche, interruzioni, limitazioni dell’account o decisioni di trattamento dei contenuti prese da tali provider.

11. Disponibilità e modifiche

Possiamo mantenere, aggiornare, sospendere, limitare o interrompere tutto o parte del Plugin quando ragionevolmente necessario per motivi tecnici, legali, di sicurezza, di piattaforma o di prodotto. Funzioni, client supportati, regole di accesso e funzionalità Premium possono cambiare nel tempo.

Non garantiamo disponibilità continua o priva di errori.

12. Sospensione o cessazione

Possiamo limitare o terminare l’accesso se riteniamo ragionevolmente che il Servizio venga abusato, vengano aggirati i controlli di sicurezza, sia violata la legge o l’accesso crei un rischio materiale per la sicurezza o la conformità.

Puoi smettere di usare il Plugin in qualsiasi momento e scollegarlo dalle impostazioni del client AI.

13. Esclusione di garanzie

Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge, il Servizio è fornito “così com’è” e “come disponibile”. Non garantiamo che una lettura Oracle, un’interpretazione numerologica, un punteggio di compatibilità o una presentazione generata dal client AI siano accurati, completi, idonei a uno scopo specifico o predittivi di eventi futuri.

14. Limitazione di responsabilità

Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge, non siamo responsabili per danni indiretti, incidentali, speciali o consequenziali derivanti dall’affidamento su output interpretativi, dalla presentazione del client AI, da interruzioni, perdita di accesso o azioni di provider terzi.

Nulla in questi Termini esclude responsabilità che non possono essere legalmente escluse o limita diritti inderogabili dei consumatori.

15. Legge applicabile e diritti del consumatore

Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana applicabile, fatti salvi i diritti obbligatori di tutela del consumatore eventualmente applicabili nel tuo Paese di residenza.

16. Modifiche ai Termini

Possiamo aggiornare i Termini quando cambiano il Servizio, i requisiti delle piattaforme o la normativa. La data indicata all’inizio verrà aggiornata quando vengono pubblicati Termini revisionati.

2. Что делает Плагин

В зависимости от инструмента и уровня доступа доступны карта дня, Yes/No, Oracle-расклады, Victorian daily/weekly, Life Path, Name Number, совместимость, расчёты психоматрицы, персональные циклы и дневные числовые подсказки.

Плагин является отдельным продуктом от Astera Tarot & Astrology. Oracle & Numerology Premium определяется отдельным Oracle-entitlement и не открывается подпиской Tarot/Astrology.

3. Free-доступ и подключённые аккаунты

Часть инструментов доступна без Astera account. Для других функций может потребоваться подключение существующего аккаунта Astera Oracle & Numerology через поддерживаемый authorization flow.

Вы отвечаете за безопасность своего аккаунта и должны использовать только принадлежащий вам способ входа. Запрещено пытаться получить доступ к чужому аккаунту или entitlement.

4. Premium и покупки

Некоторые функции требуют активного Oracle & Numerology Premium. Плагин проверяет уже существующий entitlement в вашем Astera account.

Сам Плагин не продаёт подписки, не инициирует checkout и не обрабатывает реквизиты банковских карт. Если Premium приобретён через магазин приложений или другого платёжного провайдера, оплата, продление, отмена, возвраты и споры регулируются условиями этого провайдера.

Отключение Плагина от ChatGPT не отменяет существующую подписку автоматически.

5. Характер Oracle- и нумерологических результатов

Результаты носят интерпретационный и рефлексивный характер. Они могут помочь посмотреть на вопрос под другим углом, заметить паттерны или структурировать личные размышления, но не устанавливают факты о скрытых мыслях другого человека, не гарантируют будущие события и не заменяют решения, основанные на проверяемой информации.

Не используйте Сервис как единственную основу для решений о здоровье, безопасности, медицине, психическом здоровье, праве, финансах, кредитах, работе, иммиграции, чрезвычайных ситуациях и других вопросах с высоким риском.

6. Представление результата AI-клиентом

Astera MCP передаёт AI-клиенту расчёты, выбранные карты, структурированные данные расклада и канонический контент. Клиент, например ChatGPT, может суммировать, переводить или иначе формулировать возвращённую информацию. Формулировки могут отличаться в разных клиентах и моделях.

Если текст AI-клиента противоречит структурированному результату Astera, именно canonical tool result является источником для выбора карт, mapped Yes/No и детерминированного нумерологического расчёта.

7. Ваши данные и ответственность

Вы отвечаете за содержание, которое отправляете Плагину. Запрещено отправлять незаконный, мошеннический, оскорбительный контент или данные, которыми вы не имеете права делиться.

Не вводите лишние чувствительные персональные данные. Если для совместимости или анализа отношений вы используете имя или дату рождения другого человека, вы отвечаете за наличие законного основания или соответствующего разрешения.

8. Допустимое использование

Запрещается:

обходить авторизацию, Premium-check, rate limits или защитные механизмы;
мешать работе, исследовать на уязвимости, перегружать или нарушать работу Сервиса;
автоматически массово извлекать или реконструировать Oracle deck, изображения, локализованный контент, библиотеку нумерологии или tool outputs;
представлять Astera-результаты как гарантированные факты, профессиональную консультацию или одобрение со стороны OpenAI, Google, Apple либо другой платформы;
использовать Сервис с нарушением закона или правил AI-клиента.

9. Интеллектуальная собственность

Названия Astera и MaksAstera, визуальная айдентика, изображения Oracle, тексты карт, дизайн инструментов, локализованный контент, нумерологическая библиотека и другие оригинальные материалы принадлежат издателю или используются по лицензии и защищены применимым законодательством.

Личные результаты можно использовать в личных некоммерческих целях. Эти Условия не дают права воспроизводить всю колоду, распространять изображения карт, строить конкурентный dataset из материалов Сервиса или коммерчески перепубликовывать существенные части Astera-контента без разрешения.

10. Сторонние сервисы

Плагин использует сторонние сервисы, включая Google Cloud и Firebase, и может запускаться через сторонние AI-клиенты, включая ChatGPT. При выборе соответствующего способа входа могут использоваться Google или Apple.

Использование этих сервисов также регулируется их собственными условиями и политиками. Мы не отвечаем за изменения, сбои, ограничения аккаунтов или решения по обработке контента, принимаемые такими провайдерами.

11. Доступность и изменения

Мы можем обслуживать, обновлять, временно приостанавливать, ограничивать или прекращать работу части либо всего Плагина, когда это разумно необходимо по техническим, юридическим, security, platform или product причинам. Функции, поддерживаемые AI-клиенты, правила доступа и Premium-возможности могут меняться.

Мы не гарантируем непрерывную и полностью безошибочную работу.

12. Ограничение или прекращение доступа

Мы можем ограничить или прекратить доступ, если обоснованно считаем, что Сервис используется со злоупотреблением, обходятся защитные механизмы, нарушается закон либо дальнейший доступ создаёт существенный security или legal risk.

Вы можете прекратить использование Плагина в любое время и отключить его через настройки подключений AI-клиента.

13. Отказ от гарантий

В максимально допустимой законом степени Сервис предоставляется «как есть» и «по мере доступности». Мы не гарантируем точность, полноту, пригодность для конкретной цели или прогностическую достоверность Oracle-расклада, нумерологической трактовки, compatibility score или текста, сформулированного AI-клиентом.

14. Ограничение ответственности

В максимально допустимой законом степени мы не отвечаем за косвенные, случайные, специальные или последующие убытки, связанные с опорой на интерпретационные результаты, представлением AI-клиента, сбоями, потерей доступа или действиями сторонних провайдеров.

Эти Условия не исключают ответственность, которую нельзя исключить по закону, и не ограничивают обязательные права потребителей.

15. Применимое право и права потребителей

Эти Условия регулируются применимым законодательством Италии без ущерба обязательным правам потребителей, которые могут действовать в стране вашего проживания.

16. Изменение Условий

Мы можем обновлять Условия при изменении Сервиса, требований платформ или законодательства. Дата в начале страницы будет обновлена при публикации новой версии.
