1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Pet Care Organizer (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Purpose of the App

The App is a personal organizational tool for pet-care records, files, notes and reminders. It is intended to help users keep information in one place.

The App is not a veterinary service. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, replace professional veterinary advice or provide emergency assistance. Contact a qualified veterinarian for medical concerns. In an emergency, contact a local veterinary clinic immediately.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for checking reminders and for making decisions about your pet’s care. Do not rely on the App as the only record of important information or as the only reminder for time-sensitive care.

4. Device security and backups

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for maintaining backups where appropriate. Local data may be lost if your device is damaged, reset, lost, replaced or if the App is removed. Device backups, where available, are controlled by your device and platform settings.

5. Purchases and premium features

Some features may require an in-app purchase. Payments, refunds and billing are handled by the app store under its rules. Purchased functionality may depend on your store account, supported platform features and successful purchase verification.

6. Advertising

The free version of the App may display advertising. Advertising availability and format may change. Where required, consent choices may be presented before certain advertising or analytics processing occurs.

7. Prohibited use

You must not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, modify or discontinue parts of the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or operating-system version.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. MaksAstera is not liable for veterinary decisions, missed appointments, lost records, loss of data, indirect losses or consequences arising from reliance on information entered into or displayed by the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the App or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when revisions are published.
